How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS International Priority Mail. Please allow (3) business days for order processing and additional 3-5 business days for U.S. shipping and 5-7 business days for International shipping. Sale days extend processing and shipping times.

When can I expect my pre-order item?

If an item is a Pre-order item, a "Ship or Ship By" date will be included in the product name or product description page. This date indicates when your order will be shipped. It is important to note this when ordering in the event you need this item by a specific date. If there are any changes in ship date for your pre-order item, you will be notified via email. Please make sure all email addresses attached to your account are correct. 

I have a pre-order and in stock item included on my order. When will I receive my order?

Please note if a Preorder item is included in your order, your entire order will ship when Preorder item arrives. If you wish to have Non-Preorder items ship before Preorder ship dates please order items separately or please indicate to split ship your order. You can do this is in the order note comments during checkout. Additional shipping fees may apply

My package states it was delivered, however I have not received it. 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Grow Hair Restoration  is not responsible for lost and stolen packages. 
Packages are only covered by Route Protection that is purchased at the time of your order. Insurance can not be added later.
